what the best equipment?

You should be able to see, at the vendors', what kind of stats each piece of equipment will give your guys.

A recommendation to everyone: stay AWAY from mirror mail if you use magic healing in your gamibts. You will only wind up taking off the mail every time you want to heal because it reflects ALL magic, even your own and your team's. *sigh* Who thought THAT up?
 
Whatever the vendors sell is your best equipment unless the hunts provide better ones
 
unless you equip a ruby ring which allows the caster to brek through reflect
