What makes a final fantasy, a final fantasy?

wat makes a final fantasy

Final = the story usual does not go on and hav sequels (apparently that tradition has been broken)

fantasy = well the story has alot of unoriginal enemies and life style i guess u could say
 
The stories, plot twists and villians
Summons
Chocobos
Moogles
Cids
Music

Its a combination of all the recurring things and the awesomeness of the stories that make FF, FF. I think, without the recurring themes, each FF would just be any other RPG
