A clan is pretty much like a guild. The clans all operate independantly for the most part and will have clan battles as soon as special areas get opened up.
To access the RPG, though, you need 50 posts, then you can join a clan. Any specific questions COULD be directed towards the Radical Dreamers. We will gladly help you with whatever you need.

That depends on the clan. Some clans will have a ranking system of some form and others will not. You just have to find the one that will suit you.
