what does the "All" materia do?

Say your all is level 1. You link it with a magic spell, and you can cast the spell to every enemy once. If it was level 3, you could do it 3 times.
But I usually only use it to master it, because once its mastered, it gives off like... over 1,000,000 gil once you sell it. Totally worth it, because by that time you've already got some sweet enemy skills.

To use a magic against all enemies I prefer the Mega All, since it makes the Morph to target everyone (x5).
