---------------------------------------------------------------------------

There was once a man, of the age of 21. He was not any ordinary man, you see, he had no fear.

It was night, the night was cool, just like any other night. The moon shown brightly in the sky. A man was walking down the street. Every night he does this, hoping to find a thing he's been searching for. What is that thing, you may ask. But for he does not even know.

A woman sees this man, and wonders, what he might be doing on such a fine night. The woman approaches this man, thinking of what she might say to him. She asks, "what might a fine man like yourself be doing on a night like tonight?."

The man does not answer, he just keeps walking forward. The woman doesn't want to give up, she starts walking beside the man. She asks her question again, the man keeps walking forward.

The woman starts to get angry. Finally she asks her question yet again, only to get the same response. The woman starts to change, into a dark creature.

Her arms got long, her fingers turned into claws. She began to grow taller, her feet turned to talons. Her eyes turned from a calm blue to a beady red. She was truly a monster.

But, the man did not care, he kept on moving forward. The woman, now a monster, tried to take the man and eat him, for she was very hungry.

The man kept walking forward. The monster stretched out her arms to grab him, only to find that she could not catch the man, she could not get a grasp on him.

Finally, the monster gave up. She turned back into her womanly form, and walked away. The man turned around, but he saw nothing. He thought he saw some woman behind him a long while ago. He continued on his way.

Moral- There is nothing to fear but fear itself, because the man was not afraid, he did not notice the monster, nor could the monster touch him, for the monster was his fear, but he did not fear it, only fear itself. And there is no true form of fear, it resides only inside your mind. So therefore, fear does not exist.

P.S. The moral is meant the confuse you, but, what is there is the truth.

It might just be that no one saw it, there is a lot of thread/post traffic sometimes. Anyway, I thought it was interesting :)
