weak: holy???? (possible spoilers)

Okay so im in nalbina town now and i just saw some armor that when equiped, it makes you take only 50% dark dmg but you become weak against holy. I forgot what the helm and armor was called but i was just wondering if this means I would take dmg if one of my party members tries to heal me. (Actually i believe it is called bone armor...or something like that, my game is closed right now)

lol...now i dont know what to do, i could either take the chance, or stick with the same armor and helm i have for my main tank and walk my way until archadia and buy something better there

Are you talking about the Black Mask which makes you strong against Dark
AND
The White Mask which makes you strong against Holy?

no if you equip bone armour it makes you resistant against dark and weak against holy
so if you equip foe:weak holy then holy would it kill that what its about

weak against holy means that if an enemy performs a holy attack against you, it will do more damage. it has nothing to do with the gambits and it has nothing to do with curing spells/items.

awesome thanks for your help. Btw just a slightly off topic question,when enemies are weak against holy, is it possible if they get healed by one of my holy spells like curaga?

Yea, if you cure them, I think you'll just cure them. You won't damage them. Not sure if that applies to them all but I really don't know. Could easily take out large groups of undead with Curaja though... I need to look into that.
