They originally wanted to put vincent in kh1 instead of cloud but they changed their mind so they gave him the cape the same thing happened with rikku and yuffie{her clothes in kh1 is rikku's clothes}

No, Vincent is not part of the characters at KH 2. I think they should add more FF characters and less Disney characters in the next KH games.

The entire point of teaming up with Disney was to add a new twist to the Final Fantasy franchise. Reducing Disney characters would essentially make it a Final Fantasy game, FEATURING Disney characters, when the game is supposed to be quite the opposite.

For the final time, no, Vincent Valentine does not appear in any of the Kingdom Hearts games. However, Cloud does appear in Kingdom Hearts, wearing Vincent's cape and claw. Settled.
