I noticed that there are some users that are below aged 13. Kairi12 or whatever is 12 years old, and openly admits it. This is breaking a federal law. What do you fellas propose doing about this, or am I going to have to call the internets police?
 
I'm sure there's a perfectly good explanation for this. Although, I see no reason to involve police, nor do I see a problem, personally.

If it is against "federal law", maybe use a thing where location and other personal details are locked until 13?
 
Perhaps, but I doubt it's up to this individual forum to decide how to solve an issue like this. By "federal law," as you so quoted it, I was referring to US law; but yes, it is an international standard as well.
 
Isint it a federal law in some countries only?
If thats the case and kairi12 is living in an age-free country then she or he is allowed here unless the forum has the privleges to make it's own rules.

there's countless 12 year olds everywhere, even on sites where in order to signup you must be 13 or older, so they just lie about it. it's nothing to make a fuss about.
 
Yes I believe it is against the laws and especially in the United States but what do you expect me to do? I don't really know. I just can't go to them and tell me not to visit FFF again. You know, I'm not their parents or a member of their family, at least. There is nothing we can do about it. It's all up to the parents out there.

Though you might have a point here and that I'm wrong maybe?
 
Looking at the person who created this thread, don't you think he was trying to be a wise-ass?

I know him from another forum, he's an ass there too.

I wouldn't worry too much about it DB, the only argument you will ever need to use (if ever) is exactly what you've written.
 
Yeah I know he's a wise-ass kid. Otherwise, why else he is banned from FFF as you can see already.
 
Actually, he is banned due to posting a icture of something called Goatse on almost every forum on the site, not for being a wise-ass.
