Ultimate Weapon has Cloud's Ultima, right? How do I find him after the second time fighting him? Whenever I fight him for the second time, he disappears and it takes me forever finding him.>_< Oh, and do you have tips in the Battle arena at Gold Saucer? I was planning to get Cloud's ultimate weapon and limit break.^_^

For Weapon: he has a few points where he'll tend to frequent - Madeel and the Corel reactor are the ones I specifically remember, Nibelheim and Kalm were two of them as well if I remember right.

You've just got to be patient if you lose sight of him, check all the landmarks and towns for a while and he should show up hovering over one of them eventually, but it could take a few minutes for that to happen.

For Battle Arena: Good luck! 'Cos no matter how much preperation you put in you could end up just getting totally screwed over by the slot reels in between battles. Having Ultima Weapon would help ( unless you were planning on using someone other than Cloud ). a Restore materia with Cure 3 would be recommended in case your items get sealed, and likewise a decent supply of X-Potions in case your Green Materia gets sealed. Ribbon's probably the best accessory but you can have your accessory broken as well, so don't rely on it save you the whole way through. I always found it to be more of a luck situation than anything, but if you're a good level then it should be possible.

Do I really have to stick with him after the first fight or can I leave him for a while and do something?

You can leave him for a while if you like (I think) but it's usually better to just follow him each time. Remember not to crash into him while he's moving between places. Once he starts hanging around at Cosmo Canyon, that's the final time you'll have to fight him and you'll receive the Ultima Weapon for it.

As for the Battle Square, make sure you have the Ultima Weapon for Cloud already. Then equip him with a Ribbon to negate most effects of the slots at the end of each round. Give him a few support materia too (HP and MP Plus). Death Blow and Double-cut, if you have that, help too. The only other materia you really need is Cure, seeing as your attacks should take off enough to get you by. The enemies aren't particularly strong.

Apparently we've been hearing different stories, I was under the impression that crashing into Ultima whilst he was flying actually sped up his "roosting".

I'm most likely wrong; it's been years since I've played FFVII, but for some reason that stuck in my mind from it.
Remember that once you have both the Ultima Weapon, and Omnislash, redo the Battle Square to get 64000 points and buy the W-Summon materia. After you have that, speak to the woman and do the special battle. If you do all eight rounds there, you'll get the Final Attack materia.
