two large?

alright so i'm watching heroes ep 9 homecoming atm and when the "slut" (i like to refer to the heroes by stereotypical names) buys a gun she asks how much it costs. the seller replies "two large"

now does anybody know what two large is? i tried googling it but nothing came up
