Steps.

The background I used, I included in the preview. Resized, but, you get the idea. Just take any floral background you like, that kinda suits the render. Of course I also used the actual render: Here. I resized the background to my liking, placed the render to my liking and resized her as well.

Duplicate the 2nd layer (the render), and use Gaussian Blur. (I'm a Photoshopper, so that's what it's called for me).

Mess with the layer settings, to lighten, or set it to Overlay, and drag it one layer down, so it's underneath the actual render. You have to make sure that the "shadowy-blurred" render, is giving off a darker look.

Take the blur tool, set the opacity to 10%, and blur the edges of the actual render a bit more in to the background. If you are good with smudging and blending you can use that technique as well. =]

After that, I added the orange/purple gradient map, and I think I set it to something like soft light, and erased the strong points. You can also use a colour balance filter, to even out the darkblues with the signature's background and the render itself.

After that I added text, and a 400px soft brush, on very light yellow/orage to make the light source in the signature, I left that on normal. Again, erase bits you don't like.

Sorry for the messy tutorial, but that's really ALL that I did with this signature, it was an easy one to make, and is definitely an easy one to pull off. =] Would love to see your tries as well.
