i began playing it again andyou know the guy you give all the rare things too after you beat the weapons...i was just playing recently and i morphed a ghost ship to get the underwater materia...and when he goes and gets it from his bed he says..."here you go" and throws it on the floor when im like5 steps away...i was like "what a jerk"....the kid in Coral handed me ultima..so then i go and kill emerald...then when he is going to hand me the master materia threw all of them on the ground!!!! AGAIN!!!!

he probably means he prefers to be given things palm to palm rather than floor to palm especially when they are important stuff like master materias and stuff
 
Oh i thought you ment the guy in Kalm was a jerk for traiding a old book with the underwarter materia and such...:O
 
Uh, if you're going to post in here, don't spam.

The guy never was an asshole to me when I exchanged words or items with him. I mean, he gave me my stuff, and Cloud happily walked out on him. Not sure where the "mean" Kalm attitude comes from...

this is the old guy that gives you 3 items right?
1 is that dumb bird..........its dumb because you have to have a world chocobo to even make it to this part of the game and its far better than the one they give you
2 is the all materia such as in lightning,ice, etc
3 is the all summon materia......now who didnt get all the summoners anyway? Like come on .....give me something i can use.....everything this old man gave me was useless
but was good to see him finally leave and "travel the world" and not wait on my sorry arse to find him the 3 items :P
