Trading in twelve

I read somewhere that you can trade items for items in twelve, where can i do this, I'm trying to get the tournesoul and a guide I have says I can trade hi arcana and some other items for the stuff I need, but I don't know where to trade at.
 
The Sunflower is such a pain in the ass to get. It's why I stopped playing. I went to create it before I beat Yaizmat because holy heals the bastard... but it's such a pain making it. I spent an entire day getting enough Hell's Gates from those wolves in the Feywood. Then I spent another entire day getting another piece of equipment from the horses in the Nabreas Deadlands. It's just such a pain in the butt. I gave up on it in late December and I just haven't gotten around to picking it back up to finish it.
 
thats great and all but where can I create or trade items for other items, or is my guide misleading me?
 
when you sell a certain amount of certain types of items the bazzar will then sell you an items according to what you sold
i myself prefer using the yagyu darkblade against yiazmat since hes weak agianst dark and the yagyu is even faster than the masamune ^_^
