On topic: Yes, there should be a remake of FFVII. I would also back a sequel, should the oppurtunity arise.

It seems as though you've only worked on it for about 5 minutes. Try to be more imaginitive, because the plot of your story seems to be too predictable.

If you mean like an "Advent Children" type movie, then maybe. If they did I wouldn't want it to ruin FF8 for me. From what I've seen the FF7 movie is really good. My friend has it and I'm going to borrow it soon. If they make it similar to Advent Children, then yes it'd probably be pretty cool, but they'd have to make all those GF intros shorter.
