Hey all! .. well im finally playing ff-xii again! and i was wondering what is the best place to train or whats good weapons? im currently in the are befour Tomb Of Raithwell and im using Vaan, Fran and balthier... they are all lvl 13, much tips appreciated :D:se7:
 
yea, i recomend your level 16-18 when doind the Tomb of raithwall as thats what level I'm normally at. Remember to pick up the demonsbane from the secret area Unlockedd by killing both Demon walls. make sure you have all your gamets set up correctly as normal, and make sure to do all of the normal checks before you go in, also if you want weapons then just buy the most upto date ones from the guy who stands outside the tomb once you defeat the Garuda.
 
Thanks! Sounds like a good plan :D Is there any good leveling spots that i should know once i reach them?
 
ummmmm well in the still shrine miriam you can gain quite good chains of undeads in the walk of reason area, and once you have slain them all if you flee (hold L2 i think) back to cold of Distance and then do the same on the return trip to the walk o reason the you can continue your chain. you can reach like 100 plus chain in a short period of time.
 
I'd say try and keep your whole party around the same sort've level - even the reserve characters, just incase your first choice three do get put down, you can bring in the other three without them being way too weak.

As for weapons, give Penelo Katana class weapons, as they work off magick and strength, and Penelo has the highest magick out've the whole party.

With Gambits, you should have revival things first, like Ally: Any - Phoenix Down, or Ally: Any - Raise. So if anyone gets KO'd, they are revived virtually straight away.

Well im using fran atm.. and shes one of my main healers.. should i swap her for penelo?
 
I tend to keep Vaan, Fran and Balthier together with Fran being the healer. When the three of them level up, I'll switch to Basch, Ashe and Penelo with Penelo as the healer. That way the party will level up together and you get to use each member.
