Hey fellow gamers ^_^

I've heard nothing but great reviews about this game, and I'm thinking about making it my first ever FF game. What are some things I should know before getting it?

Any advice on how to use the Materia Combos?

Any help would be appreciated :)

Honey we have a help forum called the Help Booth. I'll move this there for you so you'll get more responses, okay? ^_^

Well FFVII is a great game. A true CLASSIC. It was my first FF game and still remains one of my favs.. I went back not to long ago and played it.. the only down fall I seen was the graphics. Back when I first played it the graphics wasn't a issue. But after games and graphics have evolved I guess i have to. Other than that this is a GREAT first FF game. As far as the materia just trial and error. Theres so many usefull combinations that your just gonna have to find out. Thats all I got for you, the only other thing i can say is try to buy it new. Your gonna want to keep this game forever!!

It'll be a huge change going from the graphics of todays games back to a 97 game, but I love the original Mario games too. They are so much more simpler, XD

Now to just find a FFVII game!

Ight, I'm guessing you know how to chain Materia together. Now a really good Materia combo would be Cover and Counterattack on your strongest character, they protect the others and then smack that person/monster/Jenovathingy to hell. Andother good combo later on in the game is Final Attack and Pheonix. Your chars die and there goes Pheonix to save you. Main Materia Combo's are usually Magic Materia and All, though later on, I just put Master Magic combined with all.

My personal favorite combo is Cover=Counterattack, DoubleCut=MasterSummon for your weapon and Element=Added Efftect and FInal Attack=Pheonix for your armour. Though it's latter on in the game. Starting off though, I suggest putting every All materia you get with your Restore Materia paired up. If not, keep it on just so you can master it sooner.
