Time to be creative! :o

Im sure most Final Fantasy fans have picked up a stick and pretented it was a "Sword" no matter how imature you are or imagined making their own Final Fantasy Game. I would LOVE to make a Final Fantasy Game and when i was younger i used to act as if i was in my own game by going outside with a stick and jumping all over the place pretending to be whoever haha! I have thought of a good topic today and simply post what you'r storyline would be about if you were the desinger of a Final Fantasy Game. it's time to be imaganitive!

What would you'r Final Fantasy Storyline be about? POST! <3

I guess I would do quasi steampunk final fantasy.

The timeline would be a post apocalyptic age prior to industrialization. There would be remnants of modern technology strewn across the landscape many would confuse with 'magic'. Only female characters would be able to operate pre-apocalyptic era high technology, it being genetically limited to gender. Mainly due to women generally being more responsible and less prone to frivolous abuses of power.

Male gendered characters would focus more on being warriors, thieves, politicians or inventors. Female gendered would be prone to segregating themselves and seeking out lost technology from the previous age themselves having something of a monopoly over it and a responsibility.

The male lead would be a typical brash and arrogant person of a warrior class. They would have the typical invincible attitude young people have and be somewhat naive and innocent in regard to the world.

The female lead would be a wise beyond her years person of a mage class or female gendered clan or organization devoted towards seeking out technology and using it responsibly.

Like Romeo and Juliet they would be from opposing groups who dislike and blame one another for the prior apocalypse, but who eventually work together and fall in love.

The male gendered lead could teach the female gendered lead something about having fun, and being young. The female gendered lead could teach the male something about being responsible and subtlety. It would be the classic romantic relationship where they compliment each other, etc.

The antagonists would be a rogue group devoted towards abusing power and impulsiveness. And, the protagonists would need to learn to trust one another and set aside past differences and bias in order to defeat them.

Along the way you have betrayal, science, politics, etc.

I guess that's a standard and cliche storyline.... But, its all I could think of, right now.
