Tidus battle tactics

I usually use dodging attacks and aerial attacks to win a battle, also I use some close attacks to send the enemy away so I can think of a way to win.

HINT: When using Tidus u can use the dart n' weave move just before they attack then go in for the kill!

Tidus is infamous for his hopstep. as an 11 frame attack, its imposible to dodge on reaction. All his other attacks are used to punish people that react early in fear of hop step. Full Slide/ Sonic buster punish dodge backs, and a close up energy rain can catch side dodges/blocks.

Dodge and throw, dart and weave, and all his other dodge attacks are meant to punish, however they only work well on slow attacks, so against characters with fast moves, DONT USE THEM

Jecht shot is meant to kill mages as they cast their spells. Use directly under or over the opponent, as its hard to see

In EX, Tidus's damage count goes berserkk and a hop step can easily do over 1000 damage. Thats just painful

You can also make dodge builds easily and can get heaps of BRV in a dodge.
