So little words, yet so much meaning
I know very little, so why don’t you teach me
Take me upon your wing, and fly me away.
Let’s learn things each day.

Months, days, years: there’s no difference
You guess me like you make your inferences
I’m nothing you can infer, but perhaps you prefer,
Me to just follow you around.
Is that how you want it?
Do you want me to always be down?

We’ve learn these things over the years,
And yet, in my eyes nothings happened.
I spent my years trying to figure you out,
But all that happened was the rising of my doubt.

I said I wanted to go under your wing and learn these things,
But all that’s happened was we’ve been going in a big, cycling ring
Round and round we went, and no progress
I’ve learned things, but nothing new to me

Time was wasted, and my life fooled,
I hate these things.
They’re like a pool
Of a bunch of liars that used my heart for their tools.

I will take my leave, and never come back,
I will not retaliate,
Nor attack.
For a reason I cannot explain,
And for a purpose I cannot name,
I shall leave you great pilot.
I thank you for these things,
The things of which I’ve been taught.
Your wings were most impressive,

So now,
I shall take my own plane into the sky and fly away,
Not forgetting those things that you taught me--
The things to live life, and not back down from anybody.
Great pilot, you are now fired from my life.

Rest in peace nice soul.
