What are the qualifications to earn one? I've also heard that there are two. Could someone please answer my question?

To be a veteran member, you have to have 1000 posts or more, and have been a member for over a year =]

You get a star for having 1000 posts and get senior member
For veteran you need the 1000 posts and to have been a memeber for a year
