This has been a mystery to me for a long time, and the mystery is, quite simply, the "Last Elixer". It just seems too much of a lame answer for it to be a mistranslation, seeing as they could translate every other Megalixer in the game from the Japanese equivalent, so saying it is just a Megalixer that they missed, is just too stupid of an answer. it might have been a more powerful healing item that had some use in the game, like fully healing your party and giving temporary invulnerability (ala Great Gospel).
i believe that it was an item, that you were supposed to be able to aquire for some reason, but that it was removed from the inventory list.
for those of you who don't know what i'm talking about heres a short little thing:
In Gaea's Cliff, before the "Reunion" and you have to fight the 2-headed freak, there is a room where you have to fight bats and an icicle,(you should know where this was/is since you have to do this part to continue), the chest that is after the icicles holds the item "Last Elixer."
It may have just been a stupid mistake on the part of the translators, but i believe differently.
