This is the thread's point, see wich of all the FF, wich is the most difficult Final Boss you've ever battled.
And for me, My bets on THE EMPEROR. That guy is incredibly strong and has incredibles defenses... beside other things...
 
Uhmmmm Well I haven't beaten all of the FFs. Just VII through X.

FFVII's boss was a decent challenge the first time I played. And the final dungeon was full of worthwhile treasures.

FFVIII's boss was among my favorites. The final dungeon was pretty mind boggling at certain points.

FFIX's final boss was probably third place on the list. Not TOO hard. And the final dungeon wasn't too interesting. Neat, no doubt, but not amazing.

FFX's final boss was ridiculously easy. I beat all of them the first time through. And the final dungeon sucked as well.
 
Zeromus from IV on the PS version. I had to be level 72 just to beat him and he wasn't even the hardest boss in the game. Usually I can beat any Final Fantasy boss at level 60.

Chaos from I was also hard. Before you fight him you characters are pretty much doing 999(the max for this game) damage. Then you go to fight Chaos and they are suddenly doing an average of 100 damage. Luckily I had my black mage get flare which would do about 500 damage. I think he had about 4000 hp. Sometime during the middle of the battle he healed himself and my black mage was out of MP.
 
I'd say that FFVIII's final bosses were the hardest for me. You have to defeat four bosses, without saving! Took me awhile to defeat them. VII's boss is probably the second hardest.
 
I still haven't beaten Ultimecia, so she's still the hardest for me. As for zeromus, I can't beat him either. Necron was np. Yu yevon was relieving, cause I can't stand it when the last boss is hard, when it's easy, its like a reward for you accomplishments... yeah :D
 
The final boss in FFX is easy because you have auto life casted on your characters at all times.
Wtf is that all about??? o_O

Yes. It was difficult the first time around, but I didn't have my aeons leveled up too much...so it wasn't hard to kill them off.
 
lol i went back to him when my stats were maxed out and he didnt have a turn untill all my characters attacked at least 4 times
 
Yeah. lol. Idk. FFX was fairly easy.
But it was still really fun. ^_^
 
I heard it somewhere on piano. I downloaded it from torrentspy I think.
Omg, its so neat. Not as neat as Kefka's theme on piano though!!
