*I think I am pretty bad with writting stories, but trainning from time to time is nice IMO. So here some random short story I came up with.

The Kids Hater

Part 1

"What?! Wait a second! I am not gonna do it! Forget it!" shouted Ders.
He was a 16 years old teenager with a short black hair.
His gray eyes, of which one was covered by his hair, were now filled with both anger and despair.
"Please! Please! Please!" begged him Lena, his classmate.
She had a long blond hair and green eyes. Ders always though she somehow resemble to a doll, as her hair seems to be unrealistically perfect and her eyes look almost like glasses.
She was now looking at him with a begging face.
"Noooooo way!" said Ders "I didn't join the club in order to do such stupid things!"
"This is not stupid!" said Lena, desperately trying to convince him to agree "Why did you join the club in the first place? Most of the time you are just sleeping anyway".
"Well," said Ders, trying to act smart "usually you would expect that the members of a club with a name such as 'Stories-Club' do nothing but reading books.
And since there aren't many student interested in it anyway, you could expect that the members just do whatever they want."
"So basically," said Lena and you could see a slight anger in her eyes "you joined the club in order to skip lessons? Right?"
"Yeah, that is pretty much was the idea…" he stopped for a second and then slowly continued "But it turned out that this club is actually quite active".

Though, most of what he said was a lie. He and Lena were childhood friends and he joined the club because of her. He had feelings toward her, but he didn't know if it is "love". And it is not so strange, as he is one of those who doesn't really believe in "love", or at least not the "love" you usually see in books or movies.
But he was the lazy type, so he hoped that club really doing nothing active.

"Fine!" now she was really angry "I can't relay on anybody else, so I have no choice".
"W-what you plan to do?" asked Dres with a slight fear.
Lena always could convince him to just anything she wanted, no matter what she had to do for it.
"I'll tell Rain to lend you Final Fantasy 15 for a half year" she said with a smile, which shown she is confident she won.
"B-Bu-But!" he was now torn. Rain was Lena's sister, as well as a hardcore fan of RPG games. Ders too was a fan of them, and especially a fan of the Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy 15 was released only 3 days ago and a week before that, Ders bought the game Valkyria Chronicles 3.
His parents agree to buy him only one game per 3 months ,so now he'll have to wait another 3 month in order to get the game he so wanted to play.
He still blames himself for buying Valkyria Chronicles.
His friend, Jimmy, is a hardcore fan of the series and he lent Ders the first three games of the series.
Ders liked the games a lot and somehow ended up buying the fourth one.
He still blames Jimmy for that, even though he enjoys the game so far.

"But I can't! You know that!" now he was the one to beg.
"You can't what?" she asked, even though she already guessed the answer.
"I can't be around those-" he was searching for the right word "monsters! Yes, those monsters!".
"C'mon…" Lena sighed "they are just 6 years old kids…"
"But-I-hate-kids, remember?"
"I see… guess you'll be waiting for three months then. What a shame.
Rain said the game is really awesome. He even called it 'the best RPG ever made' "

That's it. Her last sentence about the "best RPG ever made" affected him.
Many people said that about the game, but he never believes critics and such.
But when Rain says a game is great, and that rarely happens, then it must be great.
"Okay…" he sighed "I'll do it…"
"Great!" she was no smiling again and looked as she wasn't really angry a second ago "so you'll have to keep the children busy for one hour".
"Any ideas for stories?" he asked with a sad voice, as if something tragic is happened to him.
"Well," she put a finger on her lips and started thinking "there are always those classic ones that children like, right? Like Snow White or Little Red Riding Hood".
"Then I'll go with those two…" he said yet again with a sad voice.
"Cheer up!" she said with a smile "they won't eat you or something".
"Yeah, right…" it looked as he is about to cry just from thinking about it.
Though, he was most likely crying in his heart.
"Sorry, got to go now. Bye Bye" she said to before leaving the library, again with a warm smile on her face.

He now walked to a chair at the corner and sat down. Every Sunday, at 13:00, children came to this corner in order to listen to some stories for an hour.
It was Sunday and the library's clock now showed 12:57.
Usually, other member did the story telling. But it turned out that they all busy that day and Ders was the only one who was free.

"It is just an hour. An hour. An hour" he kept mumbling to himself while waiting for the arrival of the "monsters".
And they arrived three minutes later, all at ones. They were running toward him like a crazy crowd, as they always liked to listen to the stories at the "Story Telling Corner".
He was about to scream and run away. He always hated how children run together toward one place like that. It somehow scares him.
It makes him feel like someone is under military attack or something like that. But they all stopped and set down.
He heard that Lena put much effort into teaching the children how to act while listening to a story. So that makes things much easier for him.
"At least those are trained monsters" he thought to himself "they aren't as dangerous as the normal ones".

One girl now raised her hand. It took him a few seconds to understand that she wants to ask a question and said "yes please".
"Are you a new storyteller?" she asked while scanning him with her big brown eyes.
"Oh , yes I am" his nervousness now went down a little "my name is Ders. The other members of the club are busy, so I'll be the storyteller today".
It was quite for a few seconds and the children just looked at him.
"Umm.." he wasn't sure where to start from, so he decided to start with the story "do you want to hear the Snow White story?"
They all said "yes!"

So he started "Once upon a time, there was-".
He stopped as soon as his started. He always hated those pointless beginnings which have nothing to do with the plot. So he decided to skip it despite the fact he must tell a story for an hour.
"Umm… I'll skip that part. You probably heard it many times and it isn't really interesting. So Snow White was born and her mother died.
Snow White's father, the king, wanted her to have a mother. So he took a new wife so she'll be a mother to Snow White.
The new queen was beautiful as well as self-centered and cruel.
She had a magical crystal and she asked it once a day "who is the most beautiful woman in the world?". The crystal was always afraid that the queen will throw something on him, so it always replayed "Don't worry, it isn't Snow White. It is you. Hahaha"

Snow White! Snow White! Snow White!
The name just made him crazy. It appeared far too many times in the story and it was too long. He knew what he had to do

"By the way. Snow White is just a nickname. Her real name was.. umm… Tifa".
He searched a short name and as a Final Fantasy fan, couldn't resist making the name relate to the series.
No one of the children said anything against it, so he just continued.

"When Tifa was 16 years old, she became the most beautiful woman in the world.
When the queen asked the crystal who is the most beautiful woman in the world, it replayed "Umm… it… well… haha… Tifa! Please don't throw anything at me!"
The queen was angry and threw an apple at the crystal, which as a result shattered into a thousand pieces. It fearsome what an apple can do. Really. Don't try that a home kids".
The kids nodded that they understand and he continued.

To be continued... maybe...
