This Ice Golem seems far to hard, I merely talk any hit points off it. Is there any over way I can go to get better exp or does anyone have any tips for beating it?
 
My best tip is to use magic against the Ice Golem. Level up all your magic to five, then fight the ice golem. Makes the battle much easier.
 
i beat him at lv 32 on my own (well with pet)
i turned both me and my pet into magic casters and had lv5 blizzara and lv5 cura
I stocked up of hi-ethers and beat him ^_^
 
Yeah but if that doen't work you should really find a partner. Maybe 2 xD. Going in with 4 on one is always a good advantage just make sure you have items and such.
 
Get a freind and have at least one character or summon constantly cast Cure and use potions... The spell must be level 5 though. Try and use magic as much as possible, and try and combine ethers with other mp items.
 
The party level limit was raised to 60, so you should have no trouble joining a party with just about anybody. Get one point more speed than the Ice Golem has, use plenty of magic, and you shouldn't have too much trouble beating him.
 
make sure you buy loads of hi-ethers and make you and your summon a spellcaster
