You know, I'm almost identical to every single word you have written.Fitness is something that's becoming more of a concern to myself for some reason. It never used to be, but now I'm finding myself loathing my appearance more and more, ergo my need to do something about it.
However, I'm not really the 'devoted' type, when it comes to this at least. Exercise always goes down a notch on my priorities when say, that fresh dozen of Krispy Kreme doughnuts arrive, "Oh damn, I've got homework," or "Eh... after this tv show." Needless to say, 'tv show' turns into 'tomorrow' which goes to 'the day after tomorrow' etc. etc. I need a way to stay focused and motivated - but how?
