The Change in Yuna...

I enjoyed the change in her. It was different. She saved the world and she could finally let her hair down.

It was like the whole Summoners pilgrimage held her back from becoming the real Yuna
 
a little change would of been okay. but she is an almost different person. you cant go from being as reserved and shy as yuna was to what she is in X-2. they made her too much like riku and because of that she lost her originality.
 
I personally LOVE her new outfit...and its sad to think that i didnt even notice the symbol in the middle of her shirt at first! it makes me think that im stupid or something! haha i think its great... i love FFX2, the songs, the clothes, everything! the summoner outfit, eh, i liked it and all, but it was just too conservative..ya kno? i like this outfit a lot more, it suits her.
 
the change in Yuna

As we grow older, we all change a bit, it was good to see Yuna change from being a summoner to living her own life to find the man that she loved. No more mrs. kick around Yuna, now she was gonna live for herself and that is why her attitude became way more upbeat and cheery, and paling around with Rikku for 2 years was gonna change her anyway.....thank god for Paine to keep her on her feet :P
 
I think they made Yuna FAR too similar to Rikku - y'know she didnt even gain her own personality really...she just assimilated Rikkus - thats something that really annoyed me too
 
I gotta agree with that. But think about it.

Tidus is gone. Yuna doesn't know if she'll ever see him again unless she's dead, and even then.....

Enter Rikku. No matter what, she's always chipper and hyper.
(I think its all the sugar and caffeine.)

Rikku and Yuna are family, and Rikku feels bad that Tidus is gone. Yuna sees that life is not over when that sphere falls into her hands, and so sets out to find Tidus.

What I'm getting at is that it might just be a facade. A mask. A complete front so that everyone won't be all 'Poor Yuna, let's cheer her up and make her forget Tidus.'

But I haven't seen anything in-game to support this, so I might be wrong...
 
this was a good game i liked the change in Yuna you have to remember its like right next door to X it is 2 years down the line they have matured alot..
they are only 19, 17 for rikku :D
they were allowed to have fun and not bear the weight of the world

i absolutely hated the change in yuna. it was awful. they made her look like a s***.
i didnt like she turned in to rikku neither. but i suppose they did that to make yuns hotter and seam to be a bit more easy.
 
Eh, I didn't really like the change to much. Sure, people do change, and she finally was able to 'let her hair down', but it was to big a change. She was to much like Rikku, I agree. I did like her outfit, but it really was a change from the shy dress thingy that she used to wear. She was just to hyper and ditzier than normal. And the whole popstar thing goin' on.... I kinda understand it. It's like a connection to Lenne. And I do love the symbol on her shirt. ^_^ I went 'AAAAAAAAW!' when I first saw it.
 
Lol. I wasn't impressed with Yuna's new look. And I found her attitude to be somewhat annoying. She reminded me of a valley girl.

And that bikini scene at Mt Gagazette?
No...just no...
