You must beat the current holder of the title to take the title.
The defender decides the rules and when they think you are ready to face them.
No one will know who is who among the group not even each other; the exception is higher ranked members will know who the lower ranked players are.
If you win you can either take their title or keep yours (if you have one.)
Staff can only be of the special class.
