The Best and Worst Cids

Since IV, every Final Fantasy had it's own Cid. So out of them all, which Cid was your favorite and which was your least favorite? I haven't played that many Final Fantasys, but out of the ones I did play, I'd have to say the Cids from IV and VII are the best and the worst is the one from VI. VI Cid really wasn't that important, he helped you out once and that's about it. Then he goes and dies which just adds to the fact that he's not important.
