Tell me youre team classes for battle and youre team name along with youre strategy.

Mine is All out magic blast
1.black mage
1.Red mage
1.white mage
1.summoner
 
The best strategy is to keep a balanced party because most bosses in most games need some heavy damage from some fighters so with two attackers and two magicians you have yourself a well rounded party to make strategies easier.
 
Using four characters.

Two attackers in the front row. Usually a knight and a thief. Knight because they have a lot of HP and cover is very nice. And a thief because they're fast. A monk is also nice especially if they are of the old school and attack twice.

Two mages in the back row. A black mage to blast the hell out of what ever it is, and a white mage to heal, cast shell, protect, regen, holy, and whatever else.

Since the black mage takes out the most damage, I just have them keep casting one of their strongest spells and when they're low on MP I'll have either the thief or white mage give them ethers. The knight and thief keep attacking and the white mage heals or does whatever I need him/her to do.
 
Well rounded combo-team :D

Ill use my FFVII and FFX teams as examples :

Cloud - Warrior/Red Mage

Aeris - Red mage / summoner / White mage

Barret - Warrior / Summoner

FFX

Auron - Tank

Yuna - Red mage / summoner

Lulu - All out offensive Balck mage.

Rikku - speed queen and healer if Yuna dies
 
I believe in hittin the monster till it falls down or fades out..

but latley, its use Magery skills to blast a mob into Oblivion
