Telekinsis

When you get to the Necronal of Nubudis, it's in the lower section in a hidden part of the wall. You can get their easier from the Salikawood, but you have to defeat the Bomb King first to open the path. But yeah, it's suppose to be a technick that you learn very late in the game, so don't rush it if your characters are still semi-weak.
