Sub-title Colors?

I've seen a few members have their member title be a specific color. It's the part under my name that says "Journeys end in lovers meeting"....I've seen people make it different colors...How?

Only Administrators can do it, ergo only mods have it.

And I'm not talking about their name title....I'm talking about the sentence that can be added under their name.

You mean the REP bar? Blue means that you have good rep. If it is red, that person most likely has bad rep, or bad reputation. Blue is a good sign.

No, not the rep :3. Look at my name, under it you'll see "Journeys end in Lovers meeting."

That's what I'm talking about. People can change the color of that.

Maybe you're right about some members having it, but I doubt it.

I recently asked about it.

You can have it done by an admin, but if you change your usertitle it will revert back to the original colour, so of course, I don't think they want it as often as the name changes.

Oh, the user title. That is done by manipulating HTML, I think. Only Admins can do that, as Kira said. I heard that in the SB one time.
