I am having trouble on Chaos I have tried almost everything to beat him and yet he kills me.Please help it would be gretly a precitated.

equip items that boosts your bravery and defeat him as quick as possible
Well whic hChaos is it? If I assume it's regular Chaos (level 48 in Shade Impulse?) then it's best to try and stay in the air as much as possible. Don't even bother blocking, his combos are too numerous to hold off the whole attack. Fcus on your evasive game and you should be fine.
As for his attacks, i'll label all the ones i've found dodge routes for...
Demondance: The moment you see this stay cool andwait for him to disappear, when he does dodge to the side, keep doing this until he stops in the air with his arms raised, attept a counterattack if you can when this happens.
Divine Punishment: DO NOT move when this happens, and try to dodge at the exact second that the swords charge at you (I think about 2 or 3 seconds after you get surrounded by the flames) then keep in the air as Chaos throws a sword down on you.
Scarlet Rain: I regret to say, i'm yet to find a way to dodge this attack, the ground is a no-go and he fires meteors into he air after you before throwing a large fireball at you.
Soul Of Oblivion: You CAN NOT dodge this, however if you attack first he won't be able to use it, best to hit him the second you see the attack appear.
Condemn: Just keep away from him when this happens, it has a drag effect around him so keep running back from him to avoid this.
Utter Chaos: For this, it's a case of trying to dodge his swords, they're non-lethal so don't worry if you get hit. The follow up attack (I forget it's name) will have large circles appear on the ground, GET AWAY from them the second you see them to avoid getting damaged.
I think that covers everything, if there's anything I missed i'll see if I have countermeasures for it.

Ultimate Chaos from Inward Chaos story? before entering the battle, use your skills that damages hp.. equip items that boosts your bravery like excalibur, hero seal, first to victory and the like and equip the accessory which gives a starting ex force of 100%.. 1st battle would be easy because if you used the skills which will take out a lot of hp.. my guess is that his starting hp would be below 5000.. second battle.. well it's your strategy there.. third battle.. save your summon for the last battle.. i used alexander to do 2 hp damage to finish him off...
I didn't use any resins/boosting items for IC chaos, I just used my accessories, my Sin's Fang and my random armor 
Anyway, adding to The Emperor's post, you can block the initial fireballs from Scarlet Rain but you need to dodge the last blast.
And Wind Shear. If you're playing as Bartz or OK, use Wind Shear the instant you see Divine Punishment appear on the screen. You won't get hit by anything and Chaos will get hit by your WS.
And as in all RPGs (although Dissidia isn't an RPG), remember the golden rule - if you can't beat X, level up.
