Stuck in Bhujerba

Ok, I'm hoping someone can help me here. What i've done is played so far of FFXII, put it down for a good few months and gone back to the old save file. Now, my memory has never been great so i've got a bit of an annoying problem.

I have the official guide as i'm going through the game trying to get 100% on it and my marker in the guide has left me after escaping Leviathan. I've just completed the said side-quests that are available at this point and i went to carry on with the main game, but i don't seem to be getting anywhere. Fromt the aerodrome i've gone up to the guards gurading the Marquis's residence but they are telling me i cant pass when the guide is telling me that they will take me to see the Marquis once more.

Is there something i need to do that i've missed? It's really frustrating!
 
You need to go to the mines im sure of it, although you might have to run around screaming im bache of dalamsca for abit first - tedius bollocks let me tell you. You should trigger a cut scene somewhere if you havent already........ it most defiantely involves a trip to the pub, but this will be after you have had your screaming fir about being bache...
 
i've done all that screaming around about Basch. Then they took me and put me in prison. Then i broke out and now i'm back in bhujerba and apparently i have to go see the marquis again and then i automatically get transported to dalmasca westersand.

Thats how my guide tells me it happens. But... you mentioned pub... i kinda vaguely remember something.
 
Well, after you get 100% notoriety, someone finds you and brings you into the bar. A cutscene appears, then you go to the guards near the palace. (near Aerodrome)
That's all I think....

I've done all that though

I think i've found my problem. I must have travelled to Dalmasca Westersand before i saved and put my game to rest all those months ago >_> It just confused me as when i came back to my file i was back in Bhujerba trying to get the Rocktoise.

I feel like a complete prat. Thats took me a good 2hrs to work out and now i feel like i've wasted ur time. Hope you can forgive me, i feel like a right pillock.

So.....you've met the Marquis? Have you been arrested yet, and taken to the Leviathan?
 
Oh yeah....well anyway, the only thing I can think of it going to the Aerodrome and talking to the person who lets you on your ship....
