Standards for the players are way too high...

I suppose you guys have points. I just beat the final final boss in 1 min 42 seconds in my first try. Is that good or has everyone been beating it fast?
 
No, that fight is supposed to be quick. It was for me anyways. I don't remember how fast I did it, but it was pretty fast.
