Staff appreation day

From what I gather, the staff would like positive critiques from the members, correct? If this is the case, I really like the idea of the template form. It makes things easy and allows everyone to stay on topic and not divert.

I will definitely be up for running this though I'm not exactly sure what that will entail. If what is needed is a moderator for this event, then that's cool, I can do that. I will need a few people to modify and update the template to suit our current state and time. Then, once the template is finished, we can post it up have people submit their feedback on the staff.

Here is what I ultimately want to avoid:
- flaming of staff
- non-constructive remarks
- spamming
- hateful/ignorant comments
- unnecessary work for the staff

If these conditions can be met, I see no problem in continuing. Riku, I will need your help with this. It is your original idea and I want to know exactly what you have in mind for it. I think this will be a great step for all of us.

Idea seems alright to me. I don't think there'll be flaming if things are managed properly.

Aw, cheers xD I don't think I'm ever getting a spot back on the staff list though. I'm not particularly active in the forums anymore -- then again, that's purely because I don't need to be. If I was re-instated I'd do the work :P

We spoke as scheduled but since we both had a busy weekend, I was to remind you to chat on monday. I did no such thing :wacky: I spoke to you on MSN again there a few moments ago, but you were 'away,' so I thought I'd just leave a reminder here. There's no rush or anything, but it's just gutting to think that this good idea might go down the pan now :P
