Q2 2010 release date...
Oh well. Gives me time to save up some cash for a PS3. Up till now, I've refused to buy a PS3 due to the costs. I mean, I'm a college student; I don't have that kind of cash on me!
(And even though Star Ocean and Tales of Vesperia are on XBox360, I'm not buying a 360, either.

I can understand what you mean, I got my dad to pay half with me to get my PS3 on my birthday since it was like £400 >.>, although a little of topic slightly, you don't have to worry about Tales of Vesperia on the 360 as a better version is being ported to the PS3

On topic, I can see FFXIII being pushed back a bit, and for Square Enix, it wouldn't be the first time they've delayed a major title, I think it's just a case of they've underestimated how much time they really need >.>

I've decided to buy an Xbox 360 afterall, but I still think I'll go for the PS3 version of XIII.
Actually, since its a PS3 only release in Japan, I have little choice. And I already got the demo for PS3, so it'll be weird to change to Xbox now.
To bad though that I have to wait till September before I can play the demo
Wish I brought my PS3 with me.

Also I heard that the European release is going to be in spring 2010, because they already started translating the game. Can't remember where I read it, but it wasnt stated as a rumor. But then again, you never know.

I thought that at one Point Amazon had a December 2008 release date listed for FF XIII. Then it was December of 09... now it's December of 2010. I'm guessing they heard 2010 release date so they made it as late as possible in the year.

At least we have a time of release. I can wait til 2010, simply because I have to buy a new PS3 and don't feel like spending alot of money right now. It'll just give me more time to save up for it, but I hope that it will be worth it.
