Cavalry is one of Sanctum forces, but why they accept pulse l'cie in the Cocoon? And how barthandelus is affected to cavalry? And what that Cid Raines wanted and he is too sanctum l'cie, how he become one and when? And in the chapter 12 why people is mad at the cocoon, barthandelus said it was cid raines "fault" or something, please tell more about that! Can barthandelus control other fal'cies, and why barthandelus even want death of Cocoon?

Did you play the game and watch the cutscenes? All of this is pretty clear. I'll give some general answers to your questions. I'll elaborate if you still dont understand.

1.) Because Raines was in control of the Cavalry and it was his focus to help the l'cie.

2.) Barthandelus manipulated the cavalry to lure the party to Orphan.

3.) Bartandelus made him a l'cie.

4.) You mean mad at Orphan? The cavalry's idealism made them want to be free from falcie rule. When Barthandelus appointed Raines as primarch, the cavalry felt betrayed and attacked the sanctum and tried to attack Orphan.

5.) He is Lord-Soverign of the cocoon falcie. He can't directly control other falcie but I suppose he must be the highest ranking or something. He wants to destroy cocoon and its millions of human residents as a sacrifice to bring back the maker. The maker is a deity who originally made the falcie and humans.
