Crisis Core **SPOILER** Crisis Core Ending English

Yea Steve's can't compare to the Japanese VA, but he didn't do just horrible. It came off ok, and I still think he does a good job as Cloud.

He does sound an awful lot like Tidus.. lol

That ruined part of the ending for me.

Tragic ending wuz tragic. It r maek me shed tears.

MAJOR SPOILER - Do not read unless you want to spoil the ending for yourself.

What really did it for me was that in the end, the Tseng decided not to kill Zack and sent the Turks in to save him, but the Shinra got to him first. It was so unfair. :(

The ending of this game made my eyes well up. Dispite the fact that almost all of us already knew/know how the game will end...it's really sad enough to make you cry.

I guess it has to do with those darned great emotional graphics. ^.^

And the scene where we see Aerith in the church, she looks hurt, like she knows that Zack has just passed into the lifestream.
;__;

I also loved how the ending tied directly into the beginning of the game with Angeal and Zack's dream.

Best build-up and execution of the final act of a game since FFX. I was impressed with Mass Effect's ending, but wooo... when a game has me pausing and having to stop to collect myself just to get to the final cutscene... well let me just say that that is the reason I game.

Chillen, I gather that Dreamer was talking about how Cloud's personality probably fits the 'now' Cloud's personality moreso than in FFVII. I did see personality in Cloud, and it was that melancholy, quiet and reserved Cloud we all know and love.

Only throughout FFVII did Cloud adopt Zack's personality until he found himself again, but if you pay close attention to Cloud in FFVII (is replaying it) Cloud also had a bit of his own. He was more cocky and kind of a jerk at the beginning as opposed to how Zack was.
