Lightning Returns Special edition in Europe?

Hi everyone, well 14th of February is getting close and I've been looking for the typical special edition of this game, like they did with FFXIII and FFXIII-2, but I just found a special edition for the USA, and of course, the ones from Japan, but they say anything about Europe editions, and I can't find anything in any website or even on the oficial web but the pre-order of the normal edition.

Anyone know if there's going to be one in Europe? In that case, where I can pre-order it?
