So How Did It Go?

...Your Thanksgiving, I mean. How was everything? Did everyone get a lot to eat? Was the day fun or not? Do tell.

I guess I had to make this thread because our house phone won't stop ringing now due to what happened earlier. We were originally supposed to leave Ohio at 10 p.m to head for West Virginia and spend Thanksgiving with my stepmom's family, especially since both her parents are ill and it may be the last time we see them as we don't frequent our visits enough.

Anyway, my brother's girlfriend was supposed to come with us...but she acted up right before we left the house. Apparently, she was mad at my bro for not touching her or making conversation with her when he picked her up. Lol. Pathetic.

Well, everyone at WV was expecting us at noon, but we ended up leaving Ohio after 11 p.m just because my bro's gf wouldn't leave our house as she was in an emotional wreck. She was so inconsiderate, it really ticked me off, but I didn't say anything because I didn't want her to retaliate, possibly making the situation worse. We were so close to calling the cops on her to kick her out of our property, but we ended up calling her grandpa to pick her up.

It took about 10 minutes to get her inside her grandpa's car and all the time she was wailing, "Why don't you ever talk to me?! I just wanna be with you! I wanna go with you, whaaaaa!!"

And she's 21 years old. My brother really needs to break-up with her, but she's emotionally controlling him.

Anyway, that's my rant for tonight. I was just really pissed this morning.

Thanksgiving was okay...I wouldn't say fun as we didn't really stay that very long. It was nice to see everyone again though, even though they're not really direct family. I didn't get much to eat as I feel very uncomfortable eating in someone else's place, but they had good turkey.

Mine went a lot better than I expected. I actually made cheesy potatoes but I left it out for like 20 min and my dog got to it, so I went empty handed to Thanksgiving.

I ate more than I thought I would, I had 3 helpings and I ate everything that I could. I guess before I got there, one side of the family was starting something with the other side of the family so it got kinda ruff, but things where good when I got there.

I played Euchre with them and me and my partner lost twice, and won three times so it wasn't that bad. It was really nice to have dinner with friends since I am not really close to my own family except my mom who lives over seas, they are kind of like my second family so it made me feel loved.

Umm well let's see....My Thanksgiving day went well, despite the fact that my damn wisdom tooth kept hurting. Besides that....I spent my Thanksgiving with my parents, brother, and boyfriend. (My family rarely has huge, get together, Thanksgivings.)

I helped my mom cook. Uhh, there was rice, potato salad, stuffing dish, sweet potatoes, something else, and errm of course Turkey. Basically it was a normal Thanksgiving...x_x Nothing special.

Off topic - Yesterday I saw one of my friends. She came back from college and we saw Enchanted. Great movie, more of a chick flick though.

I played Oblivion all day until it was time to eat. I proceeded to gorge myself on large quantities of food. I watched football. I went back to playing Oblivion.

I'm pleased.

The food was spectacular! Well, okay, maybe not the turkey 'cause I hate it so much. In fact I bet my grandma will make it into adobo (chicken [now turkey ] dish) anytime soon and we'll be flooded with leftover turkey for a month. D:

Either way, it was a fun week of no school. I can't wait to see what surprises my teachers have in store for the student body this week.

Well I got sick after everyone left. I was throwing up and I had a fever.

Maybe one of my relatives has a personal grudge against me and poisoned my food.
