My little brother is watching the kids movie "Speed Racer" in the next room... I walked over there at a point and watched the movie for like 5 minutes. That movie's so colourful you swear you were doing some nasty drugs. That movie is overly colourful. I don't know what they did, but every single colour your eye can process I bet is in that movie at one frame at least in that movie.

I know what you mean it seemed that whoever made the movie either was just hoping nobody would notice him using 42 different colors in frame, or was hoping that whoever watched the movie was tripping on acid and wouldn't notice the difference.

Jesus Christ, I heard like the last 20 minutes of the movie's audio... It sounded very cheesy. And when I mean cheesy, I mean
CHEESY. (When it comes to the movie Speed Racer, of course.)

Wachowski brothers. They are the ones responsible for this film. The guys who made the Matrix. I didn't like it either (like..at all), but in my opinion the copious amount of colours was one of its finer points. That isnt saying much though, especially since I'm such a sucker for the whole black&white scheme when it comes to like everything.
