Signtures? and avaters?

Hello how do you get a signiture and also how do you change your avarter I put my avater as this and now I want to change it but I dont know how

Please help

And one more thing how do you get a profile picture

Go to the User CP on the top left of the screen under the Final fantasy Forum Banner.

when you get the the User CP page, on the left there will be a bunch of links. there will be a place to change your signature, avatar and profile picture there.
