is it possible to have a mini vid as your avatar... say 11 seconds or something??? if so i would like this made into an avatar for me

The picture you're asking to be used for your signature is kinda small. you may want to find a bigger picture if you want someone to make one for you.

the problem with an animated avatar of that video is it's size. if you can find a site that hosts avatars larger than 220 kb, then have away mate:
