Shoutbox custom command help.........

I've been using the ShoutBox ever since I joined and ive been trying to use the custom ShoutBox command input but it never works, i don't know if i'm doing it wrong or whatever but i cant seem to figure it out.

If you want to private message someone in the SB, simply click their username > send a private message.

Then there is also this:

/me (enter text)
