Which is the most fun? All of them have things I like, such as Job systems, and the esper system in 12:RW..
Should I play FF3, Tactics A2 or Revenant wings?

I would recommend out of those choices FF 3, because one if you play a FF tactics play the original or the remake war of the lions if you want the full tactics experience. My opinion about revenant wings there has not been another good final fantasy since X and X-2 (taken in account I have not played the mmos they might be good).
So FF 3 if you want a main series Job System experience with more rpg elements, or try and get the original final fantasy tactics or its psp re-make ff tactics: war of the lions for a more chess like tactical job-system approach.
