Heya, any old school shooter fans here? Me and Pan have made a fantasy mod pack for Serious Sam 3: BFE that's mainly centered on final fantasy characters and maps converted to the game. It's kind of a comedy effort multiplayer mod so don't take it too seriously, we had a lot of fun designing it. 
It includes a prettyy large roster of FF characters already, including Zack, Tidus, Cloud, Sephiroth (which we named "Sexyroth" due to being shirtless and screaming JENOVA), Lightning, Zidane, Laguna...you name it, most main characters are included with funny sounds and quotes. In addition there are several FF style maps either exported from Dissidia 012 or self made, such as Blitzball Stadium, Order's Sanctuary, Old Chaos Shrine, Crystal World and Orphan's Cradle. We even replaced the game's default sledgehammer melee weapon with the Buster Sword. How badass is that.
