Some players sent me a message complaining about how strong the Sephiroth Incarnate is.
In an actual battle, and I'll use Gabranth as an example, his speed is almost 300, but Sephiroth's speed is 700, which allows Sephiroth to attack more than three times in a row, and it's worse when he uses Oracle of Ice. An actual battle with Sephiroth Incarnate goes like this:
Sephiroth
Player
Sephiroth
Summon
Sephiroth
Sephiroth
Sephiroth
Player
Sephiroth uses Oracle of Ice
Sephiroth
sephiroth
Sephiroth (oracle of ice fades away and thus the turns are reset, giving Sephiroth one more turn to attack)
Player
Sephiroth
and if the player is lucky, he will either win or continue this seemingly endless cycle....
The only players who have reached Zanarkand Ruins(an area that can only be accessed from Castle Pandemonium Floor 10) are Tsuchikage, Neo Amon, and Strife. Three players out of 326 registered users.
The monsters and bosses of the Zanarkand section are strong, but not impossible to beat but Sephiroth, on the other hand, it's almost invincible, and if you defeated Sephiroth then that must mean either that:
*A-You are a RPG Moderator
*B-You are just too lucky....someone high above in the heavens loves you a lot
seriously
*C- Somehow you cheathed, how? beats me
So, I remember someone mentioning that the Bosses' speed shouldn't surpass enormously that of normal players. If I am correct, the speed limit of normal players is 300, way lower than 700 plus if you add the Oracle of Ice spell.
Let's say that a player uses both hastega and the Oracle of Ice, when that happens his/ her character will be near death and his summon must be probably dead. Also they only get 2 attacks while Sephiroth gets 6.
Also, the Incarnates. Those two monsters are way too strong. I was forced to cheat in order to beat those two and I had a really long battle, the only way to defeat them is with either the spell "Death" (that is if you are lucky enough to hit anything with "death") or by cheating.
Because of this, players will probably be stuck forever on that area and get bored, thus making my our hard work with Zanarkand (Tiel, Koloth and myself) worth nothing since they will never reach it, or probably not be there in a long time, that is if the RPG is not reset by then.
I want players to enjoy the RPG, not to complain about the bosses being too strong. If we can't edit Sephiroth Incarnate, then I'll relocate the link to Zanarkand Ruins from Castle Pandemonium Floor 10 to Floor 9, and add a Boss between those two areas, which will be weaker than Sephiroth, and allow players to have a chance to play through the new areas before the Reset, an action that I consider comepletky reasonable in the complete sense of fairness.
I took my time to wander through the old areas and asked those who have reached Castle Pandemonium Floor 9, and they all repeated the sameanswer : "What does it takes to beat Sephiroth? How can I defeat Sephiroth? Sephiroth is too strong, Sephiroth this, Sephiroth that, Please lower his speed..." blah, blah, blah, etc., etc., etc....
