Seer hunt [FFXII]

For the Seer hunt, go to the Pharos and go to the lift, go down to the lower levell. From there you'll have to collect the black orbs like early on in the game. Fill up all the alters, and you'll be able to prorgress down to the next level, do the same again and the same again after that.
You'll have to defeat the Phoenix boss down there two, which is pretty easy but his location is not on the map, it's secret route.
Once all that is done, go to the lift and you'll be able to access the hidden level, where the Seer is.
