Yes it is a game, a text RPG built into the forums, you cant download it, you play it on the forums, but normal users like me and you cant play it yet because mods and admins are testing it for bugs and glitches

It is. Until the people who code this fix a silly bug that prevents your pet from leveling up, the game can't be released, as you wouldn't be able to progress!
