Someone might have already explained this, but if BBS is a prequel to KH1, how is Roxas in it? Wasn't Roxas created when Sora became a heartless? Isn't that how nobodies work?

a colleague told me the same about Roxas (nobody and stuff) and I was like: "this guy looks the same, WTF?" So he pointed out it was Ventus XD

Ventus looking identical to Roxas would seem to indicate that Ventus is a relative of Sora, perhaps a brother or an aunt.

thats true,i thought he was roxas when i first started playing birth by sleep.obviously i realised he was'nt eventually.maybe theres a reason y but i hav'nt played ventus' story yet.
I don't really see how being a brother or whatever would make them look nearly identical. That would be some very weird genetics.
Knowing Kingdom Hearts, it will have something to do with hearts and connections and such. Either that or Nomura might just slap us in the face and say they are identical because I say so. This could be followed up by him claiming to be God.

I know the reason and such and I don't really like it. I find it weird and raises many questions and it's overcomplicated in my opinion. I am not surprised that I see people asking questions about it all over the internet.
